Thanks for printing! Don't forget to come back to ENERCON for new articles and information.
ENERCON provides engineering, technical, and regulatory support services for the Department of Energy’s Nuclear Facilities. ENERCON is a leader in helping DOE facilities implement Nuclear Safety Rules established under 10 CFR Part 820 and 830. ENERCON has unique capabilities to support development of Safety Analysis Reports, Technical Safety Requirements, and developing and implementing systems to manage a facility’s licensing basis. ENERCON can also provide support to facilities responding to enforcement actions due to non-compliances with DOE nuclear safety rules.
ENERCON performs sophisticated safety analyses for DOE facilities including criticality safety evaluations, shielding analyses, analyses of postulated radiological accidents, and probabilistic safety analyses. ENERCON utilizes state of the art computer modeling to address emerging issues, such as the ability of DOE facilities to withstand natural phenomena hazards such as seismic events and flooding.
ENERCON provides radiological operations support at DOE facilities under 10 CFR Part 835, including radiation protection engineering, radiological analyses, and radiological monitoring to support routine operations and facility decommissioning.
ENERCON provides industrial hygiene and industrial safety support including industrial hygienists, industrial hygiene technicians, safety engineers, field safety technicians, and fire protection engineers.
